Art Therapy

We are thrilled to offer Art Therapy as one of our services at Nurture Nest Play Therapy and Counseling. Art Therapy is an evidence-based approach that integrates the use of art-making into the therapeutic process to facilitate communication, exploration, and understanding. Through the use of various artistic mediums, Art Therapy can help individuals express themselves, process emotions, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them.

Our team of experienced and licensed Art Therapists is committed to helping individuals of all ages find meaning and purpose in their lives, improve their mental health and wellbeing, and overcome challenges through the therapeutic use of art.
