Rebecca’s Approach to Therapy
“I believe that healing happens through safety, connection, and understanding. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based practices that meet each client where they are emotionally and developmentally. I specialize in Play Therapy and trauma-informed care, recognizing that children often communicate through play, creativity, and relationships rather than words alone. I work with children and families to build emotional regulation skills, strengthen healthy relationships, process difficult experiences, and support long-term healing and growth. I am passionate about creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, supported, empowered, and genuinely understood throughout their journey.”
